Job front news!

Kind of exciting news for me here - I finally got to go to my job training to be a pet instructor! Yay! It only took 3 times of them cancelling, then suddenly the day before the training started it was approved and I was informed that I was going to be starting training in another town in less than 24 hours.
Upon arrival, I found out that not only had my managers not given me the paperwork I needed, but I wasnt aware that I needed a clock in card or that I would have to have a credit card for my hotel room. You know, just in case they want to bill me for something.

But that is really just minor bumps in the road. I actually got to sell a class today, all on my own! I am just so thrilled! I also spoke with 2 other potential "students" about classes, and hopefully they come back and sign up ( even if its not through me, I like the fact that I pointed them down the right road, for both them and the dog.)
I think having a shirt that actually says Pet Trainer on it makes all the difference, really. Before, people would listen and then ask to talk to a PT. But now that I -am- the PT, I have the credibility now for them to take me at my word.

Cool Stuff.

  1. I'm 21 years old, and dealing with this same disease. Although for me, I'm not responding to the shots. They didn't help and I've only gotten worse. I would love to talk to you because I'm struggling to deal with it and having no one that understands!

    1. My right eye stopped responding to the shots as well, there is too much scar tissue anymore for it to be helping, and my central vision is pretty much just a gray blurry mess at this point. I am so sorry that they aren't working for you :(
How long have you had it? And if you want to email me, I would be more than happy to talk! Hellothereblondie@gmail.com
