8/4/14


This week was not a glorious weigh in. I gained a bit, mostly because for whatever reason, I got too lazy to track anything. I mean, I went 5 days without tracking and gained 2 lbs. WHAT?!?!
So, this week I am actually cracking down hard on myself, and really working on portion control, not eating out as much, and I want to clock in 30 minutes of exercise at least 5 days a week. I went to the grocery store, bought my veggie patties, watermelon, cheeses, chicken... all that good stuff to get my back on track!!
Oh, and tracking!

Something else I found that helps is to spend more time looking at healthy pins on pinterest!
